

We are the Association of Liberian Lutherans in the Americas (ALLIA). Conceding to the urgent concerns of the social environment, health and educational needs of Liberian Lutheran in the diaspora and back home in Liberia, we merged on August 13, 2011 to constitute ALLIA as the umbrella organization of all Liberian Lutherans in the Americas.

We are a non-profit and non-political organization empowered to join and associate with other organizations. Our objectives are to foster, solicit and consolidate a relationship of support for the Liberian Lutherans and other communities in the diaspora and Liberia; and to also promote understanding and cooperation among all Liberian Lutherans at home and abroad including bringing together all Liberian Lutherans within the Americas and disseminating information that is relevant and necessary for all Liberian Lutherans consumption.

Our membership is categorized as Active Members, Associate Members and Honorary Members. All members shall register with the exception of honorary members.
Active Membership is opened to all Liberian Lutherans and their dependents within the Americas and at home. Only Active members shall be eligible to hold elective positions. Active Members shall have voting rights. The right to participate in all deliberations of the organization.
Associate Membership is opened to all other nationals—Lutherans and non-Lutherans and their dependents within the Americas at home. Associate Members shall not be eligible for elective positions. Associate Members shall not have voting rights. The right to participate in all deliberations of the organization
Honorary Membership is bestowed upon deserving individuals in recognition of their contributions to the improvement of ALLIA in the Americas and at home. Honorary Membership shall be granted upon the recommendation of the President of ALLIA and the approval of the Board of Directors of ALLIA. Honorary Members shall not have voting rights. Honorary Members are exempt from monthly due payment. The right to participate in all deliberations of the organization.
